Rental Conditions

RENTAL PERIOD

The shortest rental period is 72 hours. In delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. In the case of delays exceeding 3 hours in total, a full-day fee including CDW will be charged.

LONG TERM RENTALS

The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special price is applied. You can call the İkra Rentacar Reservation Center on the phone number 0090 312 341 22 11 or the İkra Rentacar Office nearest to you for information about the rental price and conditions.

SINGLE DIRECTION

If the car is delivered in a city other than the city where the car is delivered, the One Way Charge is applied irrespective of the rental period. For one way fee information you can call our reservation center or your nearest İkra rent a car Office.

VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE LEAVE

We provide 24 hour uninterrupted service to our International Airports in our offices at any hour of the day, in other offices within the working hours of vehicle delivery and customer delivery is free of charge. Except inter-national airports, vehicle deliveries and vehicle releases outside of working hours are free of charge.

SERVICE FEE OF AIRWARES

Charge for a 24 hour uninterrupted service at a Ulus International Airport is not charged at the airport.

DRIVER DOCUMENT - USE AGE

Persons who have at least 22 years of age and who have 2 years of valid driving license may rent a car .. In the luxury car there is a requirement to be at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Other than the tenant, the vehicle can be used by someone else, but it is possible to register the valid identification and driver's license of the drivers in accordance with the driver's license and age rules. If there is no other record and the winner is found to have been made by the non-registered driver, the insurance will be null and void.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICES - NON-SPECIAL FEATURES

Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and automobile insurance. Fares, bridges, highway fees, traffic fines, one way fare, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, extra requests like baby seat and Value Added Tax (VAT) are not included in the prices.

TRAFFIC CRIMES

The traffic laws in Turkey are 120km max. , 90km from intercity roads. And 50km in the city. Allowing speed. When parking, keep to PARKING CALL signs. Traffic jurisdiction and legal responsibilities to be applied to movements that may arise due to violation of traffic laws and breaches of tenants are tenants. After leaving the vehicle, the traffic fines reaching İkra RentaCar are reflected to the tenant and the related amount is collected from the tenant in cash or by credit card (mail order). The time at which the vehicles will be occupied by official or local authorities for whatever reason is deemed to be within the term of the contract.
